Updated Calendar
Hello there Bluefish!
Our new site calendar is up with all updated practice and meet schedules. The ‘Agenda’ tab at the top of the page will allow you to print out a list of all of the events for the entire season to hang on your fridge, so that you are always up to date with the 2013 season. The calendar also offers you the option of getting directions to the meets (by clicking on ‘map’ under the meet details).
The calendar can be viewed on the main menu of the site under ’2013 Practice and Meet Schedule’ or at this link: http://delawarebluefish.com/calendar/
Sherwood Park / Time Trial Recap
We are just about finished with the 2012 season. Can you believe it??????
A quick recap for the last dual meet against Sherwood Park. We won, and survived the weather. Nearly each age group prevailed, and many kids had their best swims of the season. We had the least DQs, so our kids are legal and fast!! The results will soon be posted, but I assure you we dominated in the water!
Our double winners were Charlie, Chris, Andrew, Lindsay, Tessa, Bennie, Megan, Ella, Keith, Nick, Patrick, Taylor, Haley, Samantha, Abby, Grace, and Avery. This week Blair was our lone triple winner. People wonder why each week I post this. I have 2 reasons; first to acknowledge the great swims of the meet, and second to show the huge number of swimmers that swim well over the season. Many kids improve so much, and our coaches use each child to gather points for our team score. Nice job Bluefish swimmers!!
I really want to thank the many, many people who helped keep us swimming along so smoothly this season; both at meets and also behind the scene.
v Maureen Zappacosta organized our breakfast, and did an outstanding job.
v The Ribbons committee made sure our kids got their ribbons, promptly and correctly. I do not have the number of ribbons they labeled, but I can only guess there were nearly a thousand!! Thanks to Derrick, Kendall, Lindsay, Lombardi, Major, Marks, Mears, Olsen, Poletaev, Rose, Strong, & Zappacosta for all their time and attention to detail.
v Kizzie did a fabulous job of making sure we looked good this season. Everyone had not only one, but two chances for spirit wear, and everyone seemed pleased we had our orders so early. Next year we will again order early, and hopefully we can even pay through the website.
v That brings me to Chuck Boyce. A big thanks to him for starting our website, and tweaking it nearly each day. I know he would love to hear your suggestions for an even better site next season.
v At our meets, our officials and starting team were second to none at keeping our meets moving along. Jeff Chapman, Kim Witman, and Vince Hughes have all said they ran their last meets, but we will just have to wait and see. Again, I cannot even begin to guess how many meets they have worked over the years! Thanks guys.
v Each week we need 12 timers, 2 place judges, 3 scorers, a water distributer, parent coordinators, at least 2 safety monitors, and all our officials to run the meet. Over the season we needed about 300 volunteers, and often we had too many. If you are uncertain you can do a job, I can assure you, you can do it, just like the other 300 of your teammates.
v Goodwin had the distinct honor of President of the SSL for this season. What an organizational superstar he was. We are good for our rotation, for a couple of years!!
After a week long time trial marathon, here is an overview:
1025 kids swam at time trial this season for SSL. The bluefish had 80 swimmers. That means nearly 7.8% of all swimmers were from our team!!! Additionally, 40 kids advanced to swim at championships.
Our relays got 2 firsts, 1 second, 2 thirds, 3 fourths, 2 fifths, and 2 sixths. These all earned team
points!
Our 9-10 girls tied for the top team overall in the league.
Clearly, WE ROCK!!
Good luck this Saturday.
See you at the party,
Sheri

Swimmer Plaques for 11 and Up
Starting this year, Bryan chose plaques for the 11 and older swimmers. The plaques for the 11 and 12 year olds will have 8 spaces for years. An eleven year old will receive the plaque with the year 2012 on it and each year after will receive a year plate to add to the plaque. When they are 18, the plaque will be completed.
For the 12 year olds that are receiving the plaques for the first time, you will have one spot empty as the year plates are added. For the 13-18 year olds, the plaques will have 6 spaces for the years. For the 14 year olds that are receiving the plaques for the first time, you will have one spot empty as the year plates are added. Following this logic, 15 year olds – two year plates, 16 – 3, 17 – 4, and 18 -5.
IF AT THE PARENTS OWN EXPENSE, a family would like to purchase past year plates to complete their individual plaques, this is your opportunity.
The price for a plate will be $5.00 and a charge of $1.00 for mailing the additional year plates to your home. We will get the years printed and mailed to you. We will need to know how many plates and what years you will need. We will take the bulk order to the company that is doing the plaques and have the additional year plates made.
Recap and Updates
We did a great job on Wednesday, and came out ahead of a very strong team.
Avery started us off beautifully, while Kyle held our flag, for our last home meet of 2012. Emma again sang us to the second half where we dominated in the water.
There were several last swims for our departing senior swimmers. Elaina D’Aguair, Drew Capone, Connor Nicastro, Brian Weihe, & Erik Witman all reached their last year of eligibility for swimming in the league, and we wish them well!
Triple Winners: Bluefish: J. Libert, K. Libert, and P. Palm.
Double Winners: Bluefish: C. Dryden, S. Dryden, C. DuHadaway, A. Halberg, M. Herb, M. Kelby, C. Nicastro, H. Quickel, L. Sengphachan, S. Shotwell, M. Speicher, C. Thomas, E. Witman, R. Zappacosa.
Our meet had a full component of volunteers, and it ran like a dream. Great job by all, to get us out before the dark set in. A special shout out to the ribbons committee. You ladies are responsible for many happy faces thorough out the season!
I put pictures in the folders of the family boxes today. Grab them by the end of the season as the boxes are not available afterwards.
The following families are signed up to come to the end of the year party:
Stemen, Haskell, D’Aguilar, Hevalow, Dryden, Quickel, Olsen, Poleteav, Lindsay, Chapman, Witman, Doordan, Klapinsky, Marks, Alvarez, Boyce, Ryan, Strong, Zappacosta, Knight, Simmons, Smith, Hughes, Bizzano, Anderson, Cobb, Lombardi, Dooner, Silver, Zaweski, and Whallon. Based on this we expect 95 people. If you have not yet signed up on volunteer spot, please do, so we can order chicken, and plan for paper products. Remember to bring drinks for your family.
Thanks to the Margarite and the Dooners for setting up/cleaning up. Please consider helping out by either cleaning up or setting up, it is a big job that would be very easy with much help.
I will collect coaches’ gift money through the end of the season. Place it in the PARTY envelope in the boxes. I cannot guess the number of hours our coaches spend planning and running the team. Additionally, they drag girlfriends to the meet, and volunteer them to help, they miss their own kids swim, and they do a lot of babysitting. We are quite fortunate to have them. Let’s show them how grateful we are!
Tomorrow’s meet is at Sherwood Park. The directions/address is on the league website www.sslswim.com. Warm up is at 8. This pool is in a neighborhood, so please respect the homeowners’ properties while parking.
Our team gets a vote for the team which has shown the most Team Sportsmanship/Hospitality to our team, for this season. If anyone has any comments, please leave them on the website.
See you in the morning,
Sheri
Skyline Recap – Team Updates
Hi there Bluefish!
Congratulations on an excellent victory against Skyline!! They are a great team, but there is no stopping our Bluefish swimmers!
Grace Lombardi rounded up our welcoming committee to help direct Skyline to their visitor benches. Emma started us off with a beautiful rendition of our National Anthem, assisted by Sammy Doordan as flag bearer. Skyline kept it close in the first half, but some fast races helped us edge out the victory. Shannon sang us into the second half and was our good luck boost for the serge we needed to win. Special congrats to Gracie Strong on her first Bluefish race.
It was a HUGE team effort; lead by yet another creative and strategic roster by our coaches. Thanks for signing everyone out in plenty of time for the coaches to work their magic! Again this week, many kids swam up, or in challenging events, to round our very talented team and securing the Bluefish victory.
Many age groups won the day: 9-10 girls, 11-12 boys, 13-14 boys, 15-18 girls, and 15-18 boys. The 13-14 girls pulled out a tie. Nice job to all our swimmers.
We had many double& triple winners:
Doubles: Steph Dryden, Erik Halberg, Albert Kang, Meghan Kelby, Hannah Mears, Brett Melcher, Nick Melcher, Casey Nicastro, Patrick Palm, Meghan Speicher.
Triples: Chris Dryden, Lindsay Hayman, Tessa Hayman, John Libert, Keith Libert, Hayley Quickel, Abby Rose.
Our list of volunteers continues to grow, and we saw a couple of new faces. Goodwin, Jeff, Eric, Kim, David, Steve, Angel. Robbie, Stacie, Ross, Jim, Ann, Annie, Colleen, Megan, Kathy, Silvana, Dianne, Rebecca, Tom, Terry, John Katie, Paula, and Denise kept us moving along in the heat. Special thanks to all our water jug people, it helped us a lot. Please consider helping out, it is a great job.
Thanks also to the University, for their special heat related accommodations!!
Moving forward, our next meet is another one at home on Wednesday: warm ups at 5. PLEASE help us out afterwards by stacking chairs, and cleaning up trash. It gets dark towards the end of the meet, so keep your things close. Sign outs before Monday noon, please.
Keep an eye on the events and an ear on the announcer to make sure all kids are in their races. Each race is points, no race is unimportant, we need all swimmers.
Could the 13-14 and opens please help welcome our opponent to the pool, by standing at the gate? It is great for them to have friendly faces to help them get set up, and an excellent way to start off the meet!
Is anyone interested in singing God Bless America at the break? How about running the Bluefish store? Lots of items are available for a bargain. Think Christmas…….
Parents of seniors. Please send a brief bio of your Amazing Senior to help recognize them at their last home meet. Email it to tassas@verizon.net.
And finally, there is a folder in the box for the team party/coaches’ gifts. It will be emptied frequently up until the last meet. The team thanks you for your generosity here, to help thank our coaches and plan our party.
Think cool………..
Sheri
Wow, is it hot!! But- not as hot as our swimmers this past weekend!
The Kennett Y meet on Saturday had still more amazing swims, and the Bluefish were well represented in the Stars and Stripes meet at Penn Acres on Sunday. In fact, there were a couple of heats where all the swimmers wore that bright yellow DBF cap.
A few high points of the Kennett meet were our littlest people; they swam with smiles and much enthusiasm! Way to go 8U! Here is our 8U team: Johnny & Audrey, Madison & Tyler, Chase, Collin, Ava, Nicholas, Eddie, Anna, Matthew & Meghan, Selina, Ava, Riley, Abby, Michael, Miguel, Shaun, Ian, Riley, Kathy, Christal & Kayleigh, Soleil, Albert, Ella, Christopher& Olivia, Madeline, Maya, Anna, LJ, Morgan, & Ben. This is a huge talent pool, and our future Bluefish Empire. I hope I got everyone, there are SOOOO many.
The Double winners included: Brady, Sam, Daniel, Lindsay, Tessa, Blair, Abby, Meghan. Jack.
The Triple winners included: Andrew, John, & Nicky.
And Johnathan, Goodwin, Alexa, Max, Steph, Jennie, Erik, Miguel, Krista, Megan, Keith, Grace, Jacob,
Rebekah, Madison, Casey, Connor, Haley, Samantha, Matthew, Emma, Patrick, Gavin, Eric, and Rose all took home the blue ribbon. NICE JOB!
How lucky are we that you can follow all the event results on our very own website www.delawarebluefish.com!!! Thanks Chuck.
The swimming continued as our 12U all the way to 4U swam away with a HUGE number of best times and ribbons. Check out the Family boxes…………. Way to go Bluefish!!!!!!
As always, it would not happen without our volunteer squad to run the meets! Many thanks to Steve, David, Robbie, Roger, Colleen, Katie, Jeff, Jason, Blane, John, Bernadette, Gail, Margarite, Colleen, Norm, Kathy, Kim, Ross, Jim, Annie, and Betsy. Also, a big shout out to the timers at Penn Acres, Terry, Roger, Kathy, & Tom, and Jim for officiating.
A couple of reminders
There still seems to be many late sign outs for our meets. This past Saturday there were 10 received after Friday evening, and this caused great chaos with the roster. This in turn delayed the start of the meet. PLEASE help your coaches, and sign your kids out by Monday noon for a Wednesday meet, and Thursday noon for a Saturday meet. Be sure to let the kids know this as well.
Would the 11-12 swimmers please help welcome Skyline to our pool for the July 7th meet? We will meet on Friday, right after practice for 5 minutes, and make a plan to show them how friendly the Delaware Bluefish are! Next up, 13-14 & the opens to host our last home meet.
The Swim shop will be at the meet on July 7th with practice suits, caps, and goggles for all to purchase. Fall is just round the corner, and everyone needs a new practice suit…………
There are new additions to Volunteer Spot for both the Time Trials and Championship meets. Check out the calendar for dates, and then sign up on the specific date for each individual event. Please consider helping out at these very exciting events.
It is time to start thinking about the end of season party. We will be collecting $15 per family to show our coaches how grateful we are for all their hard work this season. Many of them strictly VOLUNTEER their time, and the gift we give them lets them know how much we appreciate them. If you wish to add to this, you can be sure it will go to the cause. We can also include any notes your kids might like to pass along letting them know their thoughts as well. I will resend the link to sign up to bring your favorite foods to the dinner, and help either set up or clean up.
See you all at breakfast, 9 am sharp, on Tuesday. Suits are a must!

Western Y Meet – Recap
The Western Y saw some our best efforts this season! Way to go to all our swimmers. Our 13-14 and open boys rocked, winning their age groups. Many swimmers swam races outside their comfort zone, to help with the overall team effort. I am sure there are a lot of swimmers that can proudly say they did their best. A special shout out to Hannah Mears, and Patrick St. Ledger, they know why. And to Anna Banana for a great finish. Also, thanks to Blair for helping to take care of business. Finally, to Morgan Wilson for encouraging a fellow teammate at the last moment before the race; nice job of sportsmanship!!
- We had 3 Double winners: Chris Dryden, Lindsey Hayman, & Dan Halberg!
- We also had 2 Triple winners: John and Keith Libert. Job well done.
Our very wonderful volunteers this meet were:
- Stroke and Turn: Goodwin Cobb, Jim Dryden, Vince Hughes, Ross Melcher, Kim Witman, Joe Zaweski, and our newest addition Ann Bizzano. Out team has the greatest number of certified officials!!!
- Our scores also had a new member, Kelli D’Aguiar, guided along by Robbie Alvarez and Roger Strong. This year we have the most scorers ever!!!
- Stephanie Turner also debuted as a Safety Monitor, with Betsy Marks again helping our coaches as a Parent Coordinator. These are 2 new, but essential jobs.
- Our place judges were Steve Halberg and David Rose.
- Finally we needed 2 extra sets of timers for this big pool, and we even had a couple extras!! Jeff Chapman, Gary Derrick, Jenny Hughes, Tanya Wilson, Courtney Maranucci, Margarite Mahoney, Mitch Thomas, David Rose, Katie Ryan, Eric Palm, Norm Marks, Kristen DuHadaway, Joan Lindsay, Jason Mycoff, and finally Paul McCormac.
That’s 29 people who helped out. Many are waiting to try a new job!! Let’s try to get some new faces. Remember, it is the best seat for the race.
As always, thanks to the coaches for getting the job done!
The fun breakfast is July 3. No practice on July 4.
Our next meet is away, I swear, on Saturday, at the Kennett Y. Warm up at 8 am.
It will be a hot one Thursday at practice. Please bring water, and drink it!!

Wednesday Meet CORRECTION / Pictures!
Our meet Wednesday is AWAY, at the Western Y. I read the schedule wrong. Please pass along the location to all that you see, so everyone gets to the right pool. I apologize for my mistake, and any inconvenience this may cause.
We have 2 size 26, and 1 size 28 girl suits if someone needs one. They will be returned on Thursday if there are no takers.
The Swim Shop will be at our next home meet, July 7, with practice suits and goggles for sale. This is another fundraiser. We are attempting to replace our trophies with wooden plaques, which will last for all your child’s years at the Bluefish. The initial start up expense is a bit high, but it will help us in the years to come. A big thanks to Denise Stemen for heading up this upgrade.
Don’t forget to join your team for Cheeseburger Tuesday, tomorrow at Cheeburger Cheeburger on Main Street in Newark. Grab or print a flyer to help out your Delaware Bluefish.
Here’s the link to the flyer: http://bit.ly/LboGge
PICTURES! Pictures will be taken on Wednesday. The forms will be available in the morning.

Happy Sunday Morning to all you Bluefish!
Yesterday’s meet was so VERY close!! We had many winners, and some terrific times turned in. Our 8Us were smoking hot!!! Age group winners were 9-10 girls, 13-14 boys, open boys, and the open girls spit the day. Well done swimmers.
Bluefish winners included: Soleil Doonan, Chris Dryden, Andrew Halberg, Lindsay Hayman, Nicholas Lombardi, Hannah Mears, Brett Melcher, Connor Nicastro, Juliana Pipinos, Sam Ringler, Nathan Rose, Emma Ryan, Brendon Sengphachanh, Grace Smith, Emma Stemen, Patrick St. Ledger, Ben Zaweski
Doubles: Goodwin Cobb, Nick Melcher, Patrick Palm, Andrew Zaweski, Alexa Dolan, Steph Dryden, Megan Kelby, Blair Melcher, Haley Quickel, Abby Rose, Rose Zappacosta
Triples: Daniel Halberg, Keith Libert, Tess Hayman, Meghan Speicher
Congrats to Madeline McCormac for her first swim
As always, we could not get it done without all our volunteers: Dave Halberg, Dave Rose, Robbie Alvarez, Stacie Beck, Jeff Chapman, Jen Pipinos, Blane Quickel, Mr. Chen, Katie Ryan, Garrett Derrick, Denise Stemen, Josh Given, Paul McCormac, Tom Dolan, Jim Dryden, Annie Doordan, Kim Witman, Ann Bizzano, Tanya Wilson, and Angel Boyce. Betsy Marks was our parent coordinator, and helped keep the kids in order as they approached the ready bench. Please make sure your children know their races, and print out an order of the meet so they know roughly when they will swim.
Don’t forget to come out for Cheeseburger Tuesday to support the team. Right after practice, drive on over to Main Street, and have a great lunch or a custom milkshake! Grab a flyer at practice or print one from the website. It will be fun.
Our next meet is Wednesday, against the Western Y, at home. Would the 11-12 boys and girls please gather to welcome them to our pool? Meet at the scorers’ table for a plan. This is a big team so seating will be a challenge for them.
Did you know, past updates are available on the website under news? Also available are meet results.
Hopefully the invitation for the 2 parties will soon work correctly so all can sign up for our fun breakfast and end of the season party. It seems to be work in progress. Both parties will be under the label PARTY in your invitations. The date on the calendar will be the difference. Good luck……..

Please leave a message if it does not work. Also, leave suggestions for other things that would be helpful as we work to make the website better.
Remember to look for the picture form in the Family folders on Monday. The forms and payment are due at the time of the pictures. This is yet another fundraiser for the team!
Stars and Stripes entries were due Saturday. Please check with Bryan for any questions for that meet.
See you at the pool -Sheri
Tough, but well swam, meet against Nottingham Green
Hi Bluefish!
What a tough, but well swam, meet against Nottingham Green.
We had another great night of excellent swims, with special congratulations to the 9-10 girls for winning their age group against a very talented team. Strategic rostering by our coaches really showcased the power of each of our girls. Results will be posted soon.
Our double winners were Blair Melcher and Abby Rose. Way to go ladies.
Thanks to the 9-10 girls for welcoming the other team with great hospitality, and to Olivia for beginning the night with our National Anthem with Gabriella holding our flag. Thanks also to Emma Steemen for boosting our morale with God Bless America at the break.
We had a COMPLETE set of volunteers prior to the meet, and that certainly made the meet run more smoothly. Thanks for signing up online to help.
- Ross, Jeff, Eric, Scott, Christina, David, Steve, & Goodwin ran a great meet.
- Jim, Joe, Vince, & Annie kept us legal.
- Our timers, Katie, Rebecca, Tanya, Kathy, Colleen, Norm, Blane, Mitch, John and Terry, timed perfectly.
- Stacie, Robbie, & Margarite scored, and Angel kept us safe. Finally, Kelli kept the water flowing.
- Special thanks to Jennifer for running the Bluefish Store, to help fund our parties.
Remember, spirit wear can be ordered until Saturday at the end of the meet. All suits are handed out. Please let me know if there are any issues with sizes!
Sherry Ringler took many pictures, and the invitation to view them will soon be on the website.
Moving forward, won’t you consider being a parent coordinator? It would REALLY help our coaches to keep the meet flowing, by helping to ready our swimmers prior to the events. We have many new swimmers, and a lot of little people, just learning the routine. If you have any questions, leave a message!
Our next meet is Saturday against Fairfield. Pictures will be June 27, at 9, so everyone comes early that day. Forms will be in the folders Monday.
The ribbons committee asked for each family to poll the 11 and older kids to see if they really want ribbons. Would a custom print out of the event, with a time, for the file box, suffice? Leave me a message. We are trying to run leaner to replace our starting system.
Speaking of the starting system, the Boyce Family donated the cost of the initial replacement, and our whole team is very grateful! Thanks Chuck, Angel, and Ally.
Finally, Stars and Stripes forms are due this Friday. Turn them in to the Family Box folder. Check with Bryan for questions.
See you at the pool-Sheri
Cheeseburger TUESDAYs!
The results of the meet have been posted on the website. Ribbons were done today, and can be found in the Family Box.
Tomorrow, Tuesday, June 19, 2012, the Bluefish will begin Cheeseburger Tuesdays. This is a fund raising opportunity at a great restaurant on Main Street. By presenting the flyer that you can grab at practice, 15% of your bill will come back to the Team.
Cheeburger Cheeburger is a fun burger and milkshake retro diner, located in the former silver diner, across from Starbucks. You do need to have a flyer, and you can get them at practice. It will be a fun way to hang with others from the team, and support out team at the same time. Mary Olsen was kind enough to arrange this, so please give her a bit of thanks when you see her!! This will continue throughout the season.
We will use these additional funds to help offset the cost of non-functioning starting system as well as the end of the season trophies.
Please find me at practice if you ordered a swim suit, the order is in.
If there is enough interest, Kizzie has agreed to place a second spirit wear order. You will need to leave an order on the website, by clicking the contact us tab. The final day will be Saturday, to place your order.
Our next meet is Wednesday evening, at home against Nottingham Green. Warm up is at 5:15. Remember to sign out if your child will not be swimming.
GO BLUEFISH!!

The directory is nearly complete and ready to be posted. If you are interested, please leave a message with the family name, parent names, and kid names. It will make speaking with each other much easier, and it will connect the faces to the names.
There were quite a few late meet sign outs. Please make it a point to sign out by Monday for the Wednesday meets, and by Thursday for the Saturday meets. Our coaches really work hard to get all out kids as many races as possible. When there are late sign outs, the relays get cancelled, and kids do not get to swim. You can sign out on the website, or can text me if you are not able to get to a computer, 528-1608. Thanks for your help with this.
The spirit wear is in, and mostly delivered. Find Kizzie at practice to get yours. A big thanks to Kizzie for another job well done.
The suits are in, such that they are. Look for me at practice, and we can figure it all out.
There were many, many volunteers on Saturday. Thanks to each of you! Ross, Scott, Christina, David, Kim, Roger, Robbie, Jason, Tanya, Goodwin, Jim, Kristen, Betsy, Cari, Sue, Denise, Diane, Katie, Kristie, Joe, and Eric. Many people filled in for spots other than what they signed up for, and it all worked out well.
Remember, volunteers have the best view of the race…….. Volunteer spot is accessible thru the 2012 schedule tab at www.delawarebluefish.com. Please consider helping out.
See you at the pool,
Sheri
Wedgewood Meet
Hello Bluefish,
Just a quick reminder to be at the Wedgewood pool by 8:15 on Saturday, for warm up. The directions can be found at www.sslswim.org.
If you are waiting for a swim suit, know that the Swim Shop is also still waiting. They are hopeful that the suits will come in today. If so, I will send an email to anyone whose suit I receive, this evening, and will bring the suits tomorrow. If they do not come in, wear the old suit, or any suit you can to get through this meet.
Please visit volunteer spot to sign up to work this meet, there are many spots left.
The link for the team party is a bit different.

Spirit Wear should be at the meet tomorrow !!!
Bring lots of sunscreen, and plenty to drink, and get ready to cheer the Bluefish to their first meet victory.
See you tomorrow,
Sheri Smith
Update for Saturday Meet
Saturdays’ meet is fast approaching. Here are a couple of reminders about that:
- A signed pledge is necessary for each child to swim in a meet. Go to Resources on the website to print one out, and have the kids sign them. There are no blank ones available; you need to print one for your family.
- Please remember to sign your children out, if they will not be there, by Wednesday so the coaches can begin their roster.
- Find me during practice this week to verify the correct placement of your children on the roster. We are looking for correct birth dates, names, and ages.
- Visit the Volunteer-spot website to sign up to work the meet. We will be running this meet as if it were at home, so need a full component of volunteers to keep the meet moving along quickly. Below is the link:
http://www.volunteerspot.com/login/entry/362345634819464053
The sign up for the Party is posted. Grab your favorite spots early!!!! The link for the party is below.
http://www.volunteerspot.com/login/entry/362345634819464053
It is a separate activity with Volunteer-spot, to leave that date open for Championships volunteers as we get closer.
Caps are available for $10 during practices and meets.
I will have more information related to team suits and spirit wear by the end of the week.
Can anyone stop the rain…………..
Sheri
